It has been brought to our attention that unfortunately this situation has been abused, and that certain legal entities and individuals have unlawfully used the Pagani name and brand in order to offer or sell
new Pagani vehicles.

Please be aware that we have not granted such parties the right to represent our brand, act as official dealers, offer Pagani vehicles for sale and provide after sales services.
Any of such activities have to be considered as unauthorized and may expose you to significant risks, including invalid transactions, financial loss or any other type of frauds.

Therefore, to ensure the authenticity of any Pagani product or commercial opportunity, we kindly encourage you to:

  • verify our dealer official network at the following link: https://www.pagani.com/it/dealers/, so that you can avoid to enter into a deal with unauthorized parties;
  • notify our legal department by the following email address: legal@pagani.com, whenever you come into contact with any entity and individual not included in our dealer official network.

For extremely clarity, we reaffirm that only the official Pagani dealers, Pagani S.p.A. and Pagani Automobili America Inc. are authorized to sell Pagani products and provide after sales services for our vehicles. Your cooperation is essential to protect your interests, safeguard the integrity of the Pagani’s brand worldwide and prevent any possible confusion in the global marketplace.
