Pagani Automobili at Auto e Moto d’Epoca 2025

San Cesario sul Panaro, October 17, 2025 – Pagani Automobili announces its return to Auto e Moto d’Epoca, taking place in Bologna from October 23 to 26. In this prestigious setting, the Pagani stand will host the Zonda HP Barchetta and the Huayra R, while the Zonda R will be featured at the Motor1 stand and the Zonda Roadster S at the ACI stand.

Zonda HP Barchetta

The Zonda HP Barchetta was conceived as a tribute to the car that marked the beginning of Pagani’s story: the Zonda. Eighteen years after its debut at the Geneva Motor Show, this iconic project has been reinterpreted to celebrate a legacy in constant evolution, one that blends memory and innovation. The original design meets the most advanced technical and stylistic solutions developed for the Huayra BC and Huayra Roadster, preserving the deep connection with its origins.

Inside, the tartan upholstery pays homage to Juan Manuel Fangio — the Argentine driver, dear friend and inspiration to Horacio Pagani, who transformed speed into a form of art. Beneath the hood beats the naturally aspirated Mercedes-AMG V12 engine, a symbol of power and mechanical harmony, capable of delivering extraordinary performance and an unmistakable sound signature.

With a dry weight of just 1,250 kg and a monocoque made of Carbo-Titanium and Carbo-Triax HP52, the HP Barchetta combines lightness, rigidity, and safety. Independent double wishbone suspension, adjustable Öhlins dampers, and Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes complete an ensemble of pure technical excellence.

The Zonda HP Barchetta stands as one of the rarest expressions of Pagani Grandi Complicazioni, the division where designers, engineers, and master craftsmen create Hypercars that transcend the boundaries of technology and imagination. These are unrepeatable creations, where every detail is born from a direct dialogue between the client, Horacio Pagani, and his team. In this case, client and creator are the same: the Zonda HP Barchetta is Horacio Pagani’s personal interpretation of the Pagani legacy, limited to just three examples.

Huayra R

The Huayra R represents the most extreme expression of the Pagani philosophy: a Hypercar conceived exclusively for the track, developed without compromise, and driven by the purpose of transforming asphalt into pure emotion. Inspired by the timeless lines of the endurance prototypes of the 1960s and 1970s, it reinterprets that heroic era of motorsport through a contemporary language that fuses sculptural beauty, cutting-edge technology, and absolute performance.

At the heart of the car beats the Pagani V12-R, a naturally aspirated 6-liter engine developed in collaboration with HWA AG, capable of delivering 850 hp and 750 Nm of torque. Weighing only 198 kg, this power unit embodies the thrill and unmistakable sound of the Formula 1 engines of the 1980s, combined with the precision and reliability of future-ready engineering.

With a dry weight of just 1,050 kg, a monocoque made of Carbo-Titanium HP62-G2 and Carbo-Triax HP62, Brembo CCM-R self-ventilated carbon-ceramic brake discs, and independent double wishbone with helical springs and electronically controlled active shock absorbers, the Huayra R offers an intensely engaging driving experience, all the way up to its 9,000-rpm red line.

As with every Pagani creation, the Huayra R transcends the concept of a car to become an exclusive experience. The spirit of the Pagani Raduno — a long-standing tradition designed to immerse the Pagani family in the essence of the brand — reaches new heights with Arte in Pista: a program that lets owners live their track-only Hypercar in its most authentic form, guided by the Pagani team and professional drivers. Whether during individual track sessions or exclusive events dedicated to the Pagani community, every occasion celebrates the thrill of performance and the joy of sharing a common passion.

Zonda R

Displayed at the Motor1 stand, the Zonda R was born in 2009 to express its character with unrestrained purity. Conceived beyond homologation limits, it was created with a single ambition: to translate the very essence of Pagani’s engineering mastery into a machine devoted entirely to the track.

Its central Carbo-Titanium monocoque, lighter and stiffer than ever, houses the Mercedes-Benz AMG 6-liter V12 engine, capable of delivering 750 hp and 710 Nm of torque, bolted directly to the chassis for immediate response. The mechanical throttle actuation enhances engine reactivity, while the 6-speed magnesium transversal and sequential gearbox, featuring Xtrac front engagement and Automac Engineering robotization, enables lightning-fast gear shifts in just 20 milliseconds.

With an exemplary power-to-weight ratio, the Zonda R accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in under 2.7 seconds, while Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes ensure equally extraordinary deceleration. A testament to how the Atelier can reaffirm its uniqueness even in its most extreme creations, without ever compromising driver comfort and control.

Inside, everything is pared back to the essentials yet finished with meticulous craftsmanship: custom FIA-homologated Toora seats, five-point harnesses, and a CrMo roll cage ensuring maximum safety. Built in just 10 examples, the Zonda R is a true laboratory on wheels, designed to transform every circuit into an unrepeatable experience.

Zonda Roadster S

The Zonda Roadster S will be displayed at the ACI stand, a car that brings the thrill of the Zonda to the open sky, without sacrificing anything in terms of performance or structural rigidity. Its chrome-molybdenum steel frame houses the Mercedes-Benz AMG 7.3-liter engine, which delivers 555 hp and 750 Nm of torque even when driven without a roof. The secret lies in the new central monocoque, entirely made of carbon fiber, ensuring exceptional torsional and flexural stiffness while keeping the dry weight down to just 1,280 kg. Lightness that translates into agility.

As with every Pagani creation, the Roadster is a tailor-made masterpiece. Every detail reflects its owner’s individuality: from materials to finishes, down to the finest hand-stitched leathers. Produced in only 12 examples, the Zonda Roadster S stands as Pagani’s purest expression of freedom.

This sense of freedom, for this and every other creation from the Atelier, can endure indefinitely thanks to Pagani Rinascimento: the restoration program dedicated to clients wishing to return their cars to their original splendor after thousands of kilometers and countless adventures. A highly specialized team works on one project at a time, documenting and signing each phase of the process. All records, from photographs and drawings to technical specifications, are compiled into a dedicated volume that accompanies the original one, enriching each Pagani with renewed value, beauty, and life.
